Pricing
Prices are often provided well in advance of an event. Due to fluctuating market prices, our prices are subject to change. The Eastonian will gladly lock in and guarantee our pricing with a signed contract, signed event orders and a deposit per our stated deposit policy. Please note that we require a minimum of 5 working business days (Monday - Friday) in advance of the deadline to complete all of the necessary paperwork.

Facilities
Banquet rooms are determined by the number of people attending, time involved, and room set-up. The maximum capacity for each banquet room will be determined by The Eastonian.

Parlor A 5 minimum / 40 maximum
Parlor B 5 minimum / 40 maximum
Parlor A & B 50 minimum / 100 maximum
Ballroom I 100 minimum / 150 maximum
Ballroom II 100 minimum / 150 maximum
Ballroom I & II Party Size 150 minimum / 400 maximum

The banquet department assigns your banquet room. Should your guaranteed count increase or decrease significantly from your tentative count, The Eastonian reserves the right to relocate your function to a more suitable room, if available.

Ample free parking is available for all functions and is shared with hotel patrons. Any lost, stolen or damaged items that may occur in the parking areas, is not the responsibility of the hotel or its affiliates. We ask that each patron take precautions to secure personal items.

Entertainment is permitted, but entertainers must provide their own audio equipment. Please have caterers, bands, disc jockeys, florist, bakeries, etc. call the Eastonian to discuss set-up and break-down times.

Liability
The Eastonian Banquet and Convention Center does not assume responsibility for the damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the facilities before, during or following the event.

The Eastonian is not liable for any food being brought in from any licensed caterer or otherwise.

The Eastonian reserves the right to not serve alcohol to anyone believed to be intoxicated or under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.

Catering
We are confident in our recommendations and know you will enjoy their fine cuisine (refer to our Preferred Catering List). Although we do not handle the food preparation and service directly, we will work closely with the caterer you choose to ensure a flawless and memorable event.

Staffing
The caterer is responsible for the hiring of all staff to service food including presentation and clean-up. (Servers, chefs, prep cooks, dishwashers, clean-up crew) If service staff needs to be provided by the Eastonian, the fees will be billed to the host accordingly.

Bridal Package
A Bridal Suite is available for the bride, groom, and bridal party prior to the reception with the purchase of a complete wedding package. Overnight accommodations are provided to the bride and groom with the purchase of a complete wedding package with a minimum 175 adult guest count.

Smoking Policy
The Eastonian is a non-smoking facility. If guests should decide, against the Eastonian policy, to smoke indoors, the host will be assessed a $250.00 fee.
